Dear Friends
친애하는 동역자분들께.

The Muslim friends and various other nonchristian friends (including one Hindu)  came to Sung Hee's 60th Birthday party and all enjoyed it.
무슬림 친구들과 몇몇 비그리스도인들이(힌두 친구 한명 포함) 권성희 선교사의 환갑 잔치에 참석해서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

They are now saying that they are waiting for the next party. The amazing thing about this is that the songs were very Christian, all about Jesus and about the need to follow Him.
그들은 다음 파티도 기대가 된다고 이야기했습니다. 놀라운 사실은 모든 노래들이 찬양이었고, 모든 것이 예수님을 찬양하고 그를 따라야 한다는 내용이었습니다.
So we would love everyone to continue to pray for the impact. But this is still a slow burn thing and obvious answers to prayer are likely to be slow.
그러므로 여러분께 간곡히 이 모임을 위해서 기도해 주실것을 요청합니다. 그러나 사역은 느리고 기도의 응답들이 느립니다.
We are busy preparing for the Family Prayer Banquet at which there will again be nonchristians as it is the banquet and not the normal Family Prayer.
우리는 가족 중보 모임을 위해서 준비하느라 분주하지만, 다음번 모임에도 비그리스도인들과 평범하지 않은 가족들을 위해 중보하기 원합니다.
We would be grateful for prayers for that. We append a list of prayer and praise items.
우리는 여러분께서 기도해주신다면 정말 기쁠 것입니다. 아래 내용은 우리의 기도제목과 감사 제목들입니다.

Thank you and praise points
• Praise God for the challenging message at the Family Prayer on 20th May where we were encouraged to evangelise our families
5월 20일 가족 중보모임에서 말씀으로 도전하셨던 하나님을 찬양합니다.
• Praise God that the preaching engagement on 15th May went well. The congregation is tiny, only 4 members. Tim returned there to preach on 19th June.
5월 15일의 설교에 함께 하심을 찬양합니다. 모임은 매우 적은 인원인 4명이었지만, Tim 선교사가 6월 19일에 다시 설교를 합니다.
• Praise God for the wonderful evangelistic "Birthday Party" for Sung Hee on 4th June to which quite a few Muslims, one Hindu and quite a lot of other nonbelievers came and heard and loved the Christian songs that were sung.
6월 4일에 권성희 선교사의 복음을 전할 수 있는 생일파티를 허락하심을 찬양합니다. 몇몇의 무슬림들과 한명의 힌두교인, 많은 비 그리스도인들이 함께 와서 찬송을 함께 듣고 부르게 하심을 감사합니다.
• Praise God for a new job for one of our Bible study members, a Pakistani.
우리의 파키스탄 소그룹 멤버가 새로운 직업을 갖게 하심을 찬양합니다.

Prayer Points
• Pray for Family Prayer Banquet on 2nd July. There will be some nonbelievers at this meeting as it is the annual banquet.
7월 2일에 있을 가족 중보 모임을 위해서 기도해주세요. 비그리스도인들이 이 미팅에 참석할 것입니다.
• Pray for a Hindu background believer, Andy, who was baptised in March and who comes to Bible study on Mondays. He has just lost his job and is searching for a new one in a very difficult economic situation.
힌두교 환경을 가지고 있는 그리스도인들을 위해서 기도해주세요. 3월에 세례를 받은 앤디는 월요일마다 소그룹에 옵니다. 그는 막 직장을 잃었고, 어려운 경제 상황 가운데 새로운 직업을 구하고 있습니다. 그를 위해 기도해주세요.
• Pray for the Muslims, M and A, S and B, J and H, who came to the evangelistic party (see above), that they come to the Lord. Pray to for their families.
무슬림 친구들인 M,A,S,B,H를 위해서 기도해주세요. 그들은 지난 생일 파티에 왔었습니다. 그들이 주님께로 돌아오도록 기도해주세요.
• Pray for a new Bible study group with two Pakistani men who have expressed a real desire to study the Bible. We have still to arrange the best time to meet them.
2명의 파키스탄 형제들과 함께 하는 새로운 소그룹을 위해서 기도해주세요. 이분들은 성경공부에 열망이 큽니다. 우리는 이들과 만날 수 있는 좋은 시간을 위해서 구하고 있습니다.
• Pray for all the regular things like the Bible study groups on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and also for the tutoring in Oxford at Oxford Centre for Mission Studies.
정기적인 모임인 월요일에 있는 성경공부와 화요일과 수요일의 옥스포드 대학에서의 강의와 선교 소그룹을 위해서 기도해주세요.
• On a personal level, pray for strength and wisdom and protection for us as we organise meetings and events and continue to shape our ministry.
지혜와 능력, 보호하심을 위해서, 모든 미팅의 연결과 이벤트 그리고 사역을 위해서 중보해주세요.
